Security

Organizations and government entities trust GreatAgents with their work, so security is built into the platform rather than added later. This page summarizes the controls available to every organization.

Access control

  • Two-factor authentication for user accounts, which organizations can require.
  • Role-based access: members, organization admins, and platform admins see and do only what their role allows.
  • Invitations: people join an organization only when an admin invites them, and pending invitations can be resent or cancelled.

AI governance

  • Model allow-list: each organization decides which AI models and providers its agents can use.
  • Budgets and spend limits: monthly limits stop unplanned usage.
  • Grounded answers: agents cite the sources behind their answers so people can check them.

Visibility

  • Audit log: administrative actions such as model changes, budget edits, and new sources are recorded with time and actor.
  • Health and usage: admins can see activity across their organization.

Data protection

Customer data is protected with encryption and kept separate per organization. For details on how this website handles personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email zalabany@greatagents.ai with a description and steps to reproduce it. Please do not access or change other people's data, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it. We appreciate good-faith reports and will keep you updated.

تثق الجهات والمؤسسات الحكومية بـ GreatAgents في أعمالها، لذلك الأمن جزء من تصميم المنصة وليس إضافة لاحقة. تلخص هذه الصفحة الضوابط المتاحة لكل مؤسسة.

التحكم في الوصول

  • التحقق بخطوتين لحسابات المستخدمين، ويمكن للمؤسسات فرضه.
  • صلاحيات حسب الدور: يرى الأعضاء ومديرو المؤسسات ومديرو المنصة ويفعلون ما يسمح به دورهم فقط.
  • الدعوات: لا ينضم أحد إلى مؤسسة إلا بدعوة من مديرها، ويمكن إعادة إرسال الدعوات المعلقة أو إلغاؤها.

حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي

  • قائمة النماذج المسموحة: تحدد كل مؤسسة نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي ومزوديها التي يمكن لوكلائها استخدامها.
  • الميزانيات وحدود الإنفاق: حدود شهرية تمنع الاستخدام غير المخطط له.
  • إجابات موثقة: يذكر الوكلاء المصادر التي استندوا إليها ليتمكن المستخدمون من التحقق منها.

الرقابة والشفافية

  • سجل التدقيق: تُسجَّل الإجراءات الإدارية، مثل تغيير النماذج وتعديل الميزانية وإضافة المصادر، مع الوقت ومنفّذ الإجراء.
  • الحالة والاستخدام: يطّلع المديرون على النشاط في مؤسستهم.

حماية البيانات
