Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Greatagents ("GreatAgents", "we", "us"), based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, handles personal data collected through this website. Data that our customers process on the GreatAgents platform is governed by their agreement with us, not by this policy.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • The agent or service you are interested in.
  • Any details or message you choose to add.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in the form.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site saves your language choice in your browser's local storage so it opens in the same language next time. To load fonts and icons, your browser connects to Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of normal web requests.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To prepare a proposal you asked for.
  • To keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Legal basis

We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) through Google Apps Script, provided by Google as our service provider. Google may process this data on servers outside the Kingdom. Only GreatAgents team members who handle inquiries can access it. We share personal data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent. Email zalabany@greatagents.ai and we will respond within the period the law requires. You can also file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل Greatagents ("GreatAgents" أو "نحن")، ومقرها الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع البيانات الشخصية التي تُجمع عبر هذا الموقع. أما البيانات التي يعالجها عملاؤنا على منصة GreatAgents فتحكمها اتفاقيتهم معنا، وليس هذه السياسة.

البيانات التي نجمعها

عند إرسال نموذج التواصل نجمع:

  • اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك.
  • الوكيل أو الخدمة التي تهتم بها.
  • أي تفاصيل أو رسالة تختار إضافتها.

نرجو عدم إدخال بيانات شخصية حساسة في النموذج.

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتحليلات أو الإعلانات. يحفظ الموقع اللغة التي تختارها في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك ليفتح بها في المرة القادمة. ولتحميل الخطوط والأيقونات يتصل متصفحك بخدمتي Google Fonts وjsDelivr، اللتين تتلقيان عنوان IP وبيانات المتصفح كجزء من طلبات الويب المعتادة.

كيف نستخدمها

  • للرد على استفسارك وترتيب مكالمة استكشافية.
  • لإعداد عرض طلبته منا.
  • للاحتفاظ بسجل لتواصلنا معك.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نضيفك إلى قوائم تسويقية دون موافقتك.

الأساس النظامي

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على الموافقة التي تمنحها عند إرسال النموذج، وعلى مصلحتنا المشروعة في الرد على الاستفسارات التجارية، وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة.

أين تُحفظ ومن يطّلع عليها

تُحفظ طلبات النموذج في Google Workspace (جداول Google) عبر Google Apps Script، التي تقدمها Google بصفتها مزود خدمة لنا. وقد تعالج Google هذه البيانات على خوادم خارج المملكة. ولا يطّلع عليها إلا أعضاء فريق GreatAgents المعنيون بالاستفسارات. ولا نشارك البيانات الشخصية مع الجهات الرسمية إلا عندما يقتضي النظام ذلك.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات الاستفسار طوال المدة اللازمة للتعامل مع استفسارك وأي علاقة عمل تنشأ عنه، ثم نحذفها.

حقوقك

يحق لك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الحصول على نسخة منها، أو سحب موافقتك. راسلنا على zalabany@greatagents.ai وسنرد خلال المدة التي يحددها النظام. ويمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

الأطفال

هذا الموقع موجّه للشركات والجهات، وليس موجهاً لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويوضح التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة آخر تعديل عليها.
